There are so very many things I want to say about this song and the words. It makes me emotional thinking about Jesus speaking to the storm, the waves, rain, wind... in Mark 4. Jesus said Peace be still, and the waves subsided. the storm was about to tear the boat Jesus and the disciples were on apart... but Jesus simply spoke to them and they laid down. Can't we do the same... when lifes waves crash so hard on us, wouldn't you rather be there in the wake of the storm with Jesus instead of on the peacful shore without Him? I know where i want to be...

EVERYthing rides on Hope now... there is nothing we can understand or plan on when it comes to God except that His everlasting love and faithfulness will bring us to the other side. There is another line in the songs that says "How Quickly I forget I'm Yours"...UNTIL I call out Your name...we stay in a state of Clling out Gods name. He is the only one who can reveal His plan to us.

"Your Love Sets Me Free"...what else is there to say... God will set you free.
